Reverse engineering
Our systems are capable of taking data from digital scanning devices and projecting them in 3D either on the ActiveWall, ActiveCube or portable equipment. This enables you to maintain a digital record of an environment prior to making changes to it or incorporating an existing product into a new design process. We are able to support such file formats as pts and xyz (plus more) and can link you to physical scanning and meshing services should you require that capability.

Portable 3D equipment
Using 3D technology is an excellent way of presenting your complete range of products at an exhibition or promotional event without the need to have your entire portfolio with you. This can drastically reduce the size of stand footprint that you need to hire and potentially save transport, installation, and running costs of having your whole product range at the exhibition. If you are trying to demonstrate a service then a bespoke 3D presentation can be developed to communicate your offer in a highly differentiated way.

Modelling and animation services
NVision offers a highly professional standard of modelling utilising the latest versions of Autodesk software 3DS Max and AutoCAD. For those professional presentations, we can develop bespoke content in Autodesk Showcase that enables you to have a 3D photo-realistic interactive resource that can promote your range of products with a full range of alternative finishes and physical variants. The real power of this method of working is that the presentation can then be displayed via an interactive free-viewer enabling you to re-use the content on most desktops and laptops for the lifetime of the product.

NVision also offers animation services and we are capable of developing highly creative computer generated movies that can help you to promote your products and services or deliver information and training. The animations can be structured in 2D or 3D and are adaptable to multi-channel use at NVision, on your own A/V facilities or streamed over the internet.
We also have partnerships with a range of professional associates that offer modelling services in other modelling packages such as Solidworks and Maya, so the NVision network is likely to be able to link you with the modelling capability you need.

Developer services
NVision and the University of Northampton can deliver iPhone, iPad and Android Apps to provide your business with a professional presence via mobile devices. We have just delivered a series of applications to Northampton County Council after they commissioned The University of Northampton to help them address the need to distribute information to communities in a format that complimented the way many people now access the internet.

NVision can also deliver applications developed in Unity3D for serious games applications and entertainment. We are currently liaising with a local archaeological site to investigate how applications built in Unity3D can be used to add value to the visitor experience but also compliment the education agenda with local schools. NVision prefers this games engine as it provides the flexibility to operate through multiple channels such as our own ActiveCube, as an interactive web player, as mobile apps (iPhone, iPad and Android) and as a standalone player on a PC/Mac. This means that content is inclusive to virtually all consumers which is a great strength for business-centric applications.
