Events in our Great Hall
Our Great Hall is a traditional, spacious environment dating back to 1915; but within the oak panelled surroundings, we have installed the very latest in 3D visualisation technology and audio visual equipment to provide you with all the tools you need to deliver high quality, memorable business events. With a capacity up to 100 in the Great Hall, NVision is a unique presentation venue in the UK and will provide your business with a level of differentiation to stand out from your competitors. Other features include – free parking, break-out spaces, hot or cold buffet style catering and turn-key event management. We also can provide hot-desk facilities and wireless networks to ensure that you and your guests can stay in touch with their businesses.

Product launches
Our 3D visualisation facilities and skilled 3D modellers will enable you to put on a product launch that your audience will remember. Your products or product ideas whether it is a brand new building or vehicle component can be modelled and projected in full stereo 3D with its full range of options or variants set against any environmental background. Your guests will be able to explore and interact with your virtual product in 3D as a highly realistic projection, thus saving you money and time in prototype installations and enabling your customers to build an understanding of your proposition and capability.

Design reviews
With our highly flexible visualisation facilities, we are able to import most common file formats into our systems (step, iges, dxf etc.) so we are able to have your product designs projected on to our ActiveWall technology very quickly. If you create your models in Catia, Solidworks, 3DS Max, Maya, Showcase or Unity3D then you can use these applications natively in the ActiveCube enabling you to make modifications to your design and instantly see the edited product. If you create your models in alternative CAD packages then we will almost certainly be able to import your files into one of our resident packages (as listed above).

Conferences and seminars
Naturally, our systems are capable of running 2D presentation too, so if all you require is access to PowerPoint or Keynote, together with a professional PA system and seating for up to 100 then we can offer this service too. Our Great Hall also has a staging area and peripheral zones that can be used for fixed exhibition stands.
Our team is committed to ensuring that your delegates' needs are satisfied and we can offer communication and booking services to ensure that your event is promoted effectively and each attendee has the information they require.

Team building and communication events
The Great Hall environment with its 3D visualisation facilities and configurable break-out areas makes NVision an excellent venue to motivate your team and develop new ideas. We have links with team building events providers, so if you are looking for a different approach to motivating your workforce then we can offer you this service.

Training events
Our meeting rooms and presentation areas can be configured to suit most IT training needs and our suite of Apple Mac / PC's can be set up with your own software prior to the event so that you do not have the hassle of organising your own equipment.
